What happens after I pay for the land?

Is your company verified with PayPal®?

Yes. we are PayPal® verified!

Do you own the land you sell?

Yes. We own all the property we sell.

What payment methods do you accept? Am I required to have to have a Paypal® account to use Paypal® to pay you?

Paypal no longer requires you to have an account with them to use their services. We accept Certified Checks, Personal/Business Checks, Money Orders and PayPal®. Please do not send cash through the mail. Credit card payments can only be accepted through PayPal® at this time.

Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from your bank account. There are no penalties for prepayment. Monies paid above the monthly amount gets applied towards the principal!

What other costs should I expect?

Besides the purchase price (or down payment) and doc prep fee, the only other expense is the recording fee from the county (usually less than $20).

Are the properties you sell staked, marked or surveyed?

No, unless we state otherwise in a property listing. All of our properties, are bought and sold (and identified) via the legal descriptions and plat maps, they are not staked out. Surveying would take place when, for instance, a buyer begins to build and/or wants to erect a fence.

What paperwork will I receive?

You will receive all of the following paperwork:
The Sales Contract
A map to the property with directions from your address
A parcel map with coordinates to the property
Amortization schedule.
